Delete Your Solitaire Club Account

Delete your account in the Game

If you can access your account, open Account in Solitaire Club and choose Delete account. Review the warning and confirm the deletion request. This is the fastest way to request deletion because the active session helps verify the account owner.

If you cannot access the Game or prefer to contact us, follow the email process below.

How to request deletion by email

Use the subject: Solitaire Club Account Deletion

In your message, provide only the information reasonably necessary to locate and verify your account, such as:

• your Solitaire Club nickname;
• whether you use Google, Telegram or both;
• the email associated with Google Sign-In, where applicable;
• your Telegram username, where applicable.

Do not send your password, banking information, complete Google Play purchase token, authentication token or other secret credentials.

We may ask for additional verification to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

Information that will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, including, where applicable:

• account and profile information;
• linked Google and Telegram identifiers;
• saved games and progress;
• settings;
• statistics and achievements;
• leaderboard associations;
• active entitlement information.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained where required for:

• tax, accounting or legal obligations;
• payment disputes and refund processing;
• fraud and abuse prevention;
• security investigations;
• establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Any retained information will be limited to the necessary purpose and retention period.

Deleting your Solitaire Club account does not delete your Google Account or Telegram account.

We will process verified deletion requests within the period required by applicable law.
